100 Day hassle-free return, exchange or refund
We are willing to make arrangement for a replacement (or perhaps a credit or refund) for any damaged or broken products purchased via Aglaia Jewelry.
For damaged or broken product(s):
You should return them to Aglaia Jewelry at the buyer’s cost, un-opened, un-used, within 100 days of the purchase date. If it exceeds 100 days of the purchase date, we, unfortunately, will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Only products that are damaged or broken on arrival can be replaced, as we will not be able to refund or exchange products damaged after the delivery has been done.
Kindly provide detailed photographic proof of the damaged, broken or expired product within the parcel box.
Returns for ‘change of mind’:
If you have changed your mind about the product, we may accept to refund, exchange or provide you with store credit on the following conditions:
- Your item must be un-used, un-opened and in the same condition that we delivered it. Also, it must be in the original packaging and be in a re-saleable state.
- You will need to return the item(s) to us at your expense, un-opened, un-used, and in the same state that we delivered it, within 100 days of the purchase date. If it exceeds 100 days of the purchase date, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- You provide us with proof of purchase such as order ID so we can verify your order(s) in our system.
Contact us within 100 days of receipt.
Once our team has received and examined your returned product, or once we have reviewed your inquiry, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim or refund.
If you are approved, then a new product will be shipped to you at our expense, or your refund will be processed, and a credit will immediately be applied to your credit card or original means of payment, within a specified amount of days.
Fair play for everyone
To keep our level of service and provide a same and fair shopping experience, we have to limit the number of returns & exchanges for a customer that only two times per order.
We appreciate your understanding.
Items not received
If your item(s) are not received within 15 business days for international orders or 5 business days for Australia orders, we recommend to track online first by using the tracking number we sent to you. And let us know as soon as possible, so we can deal with DHL or Australian Post Office as soon as we can.
Other return conditions
- Gift cards are non-refundable
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- For international orders, we can not refund any charges of custom duties and fees, as well as any other related charges of custom clearance.
