For international orders
All prices on our site are in Australian Dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter. However, if you are visiting from some countries that outside of Australia, our site may switch shop currency to your local currency. Or you can switch by yourself at the bottom of the page if you need.
When ordering outside of Australia, we ship them via DHL Packet Plus International in a flat rate charge. Any import customs duties and fees are responsibility of recipient, as well as any other additional charges for clearance. Aglaia Jewelry Shop has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

No matter you are registered customers or non-registered customers, our site provide online tracking ability for both of you. Once you placed an order, you will get an order confirmation email containing an order ID – starting with #, then in our Order Tracking page, after filling the order ID and your email address, you will see your order status such as processing, completed etc.
In addition, we will update tracking number on your tracking page once we shipped, and then you can visit DHL or Australian Post for real-time tracking purpose by providing the tracking number.
